LLUMIVIAadvertise on bar TVs

Advertiser terms

Effective October 4, 2026. These terms apply to every ad you book through llumivia.com. By paying for a campaign you agree to them. “We” means LLUMINET LLC, which operates LLUMIVIA; “you” means the business booking the ad.

Your ad

You are responsible for everything your ad says and shows. It must be truthful, lawful everywhere it runs, and yours to use: you own or have licensed every image, logo, name and claim in it. You give us permission to copy, resize and show your ad on the screens you booked, and to show it to you and to the bars in reports.

We do not accept ads that are misleading, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or that target or appeal to minors; ads for weapons, tobacco or vaping, or illegal products or services; or political or issue ads. Alcohol, gambling and cannabis ads must follow the rules of the state and city where they run, carry any required warnings, and only promote licensed businesses. Bars may block categories or advertisers on their screens.

Review

We review every campaign before it runs, including campaigns you run again. We may decline any ad for any reason. If we decline your campaign, or don’t review it within 48 hours of payment, we refund you in full. We may stop an ad that is already running if it breaks these terms or a bar or authority complains about it; if we stop it without you breaking these terms we refund the weeks it didn’t run.

Price and payment

You pay the full price shown at checkout when you book, by card, through Stripe. The price is set per screen per week and is fixed for your campaign once you pay. Checkout holds the screens for a short time; if you don’t finish paying they are released. Prices shown are the amount charged.

Where and when your ad shows

Your ad shows on the bar screens listed when you booked, between trivia rounds and on waiting screens, on the dates and during the hours you chose. It shares the screen with the bar’s own slides and other ads. We don’t promise a number of plays, viewers or results. Reports show the plays each screen recorded.

Pausing

You can pause and resume an approved campaign from its page. Pausing doesn’t move the end date, and the days you pause are not refunded. We may pause a campaign at your request or to fix a problem; days we pause are treated as days a screen didn’t show your ad.

Refunds for screens that didn’t show your ad

A bar may close, go offline, stop service or opt out during your run. A few days after your campaign ends, we refund each screen-week in which a screen recorded no plays of your ad, at the price you paid, less any days in that week you had the campaign paused. Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Apart from these refunds and the full refund for a declined campaign, payments are not refundable. Questions about a charge go to [email protected] first, before you dispute it with your bank.

Responsibility

You will cover our costs, and those of the bars that show your ad, if someone makes a claim because of your ad’s content. The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any campaign is limited to the amount you paid for it, and neither side is responsible for indirect or lost-profit damages.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the version in effect when you pay applies to that campaign. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Email [email protected] with any question.
